the East and West Meadow Cottages.
The Farmhouse Cottage.
The Farmhouse cottage forms part of the ancient "Mas" or farmhouse in which we live and has its own access and enclosed garden which can be an advantage if you have young children. The thick stone walls and tiled floors keep cool in summer. In the garden you'll find your hammock slung between trees and a table and chairs, lighting and barbeque set for outdoor living. French windows give direct access to the garden area from the lounge.
The Farmhouse Cottage Garden.
Two fans are provided for your comfort. The East and West Meadow Cottages.
Approached by a private access across our meadows, these adjacent cottages
are set within their own tree lined meadow.
Both
have contemporary styled interiors and each faces
south, looking out towards the hills. This southerly aspect
makes it difficult to photograph the properties because of the shade under
the veranda where you will find your hammock.
Each is totally independent offering near identical accommodation and with their own terraced garden and barbeque areas opening onto the meadow. From the shady veranda and looking beyond the pointed cypress trees, there is a magnificent view across the valley to the first hills of the Cevennes. View from West Meadow cottage hammock. This tranquil and beautiful setting offers abundant space, your own garden merging with the meadows. The wooden exterior and Roman tiled veranda (with hammock) blend sympathetically with the overwhelming natural surroundings. This is a great spot for outdoor living under your own shady mulberry tree, a real "away from it all" feeling.
