Making a booking
 

• Upon arrival you will find the beds made up, hot water available, cold drinks in the fridge and a bottle of wine waiting. No need to buy water, excellent quality from the tap. You are on holiday straight away.
• Continental quilts, sheets and pillow cases are provided as well as tea towels. To help you with packing and weight allowances on flights, for a rental charge based upon one per person in your group, we offer you each a large towel for 5E*. Please let us know beforehand by ticking the space on the booking form if you require this service.Towels are not otherwise provided.
• The pool is available daily throughout the mid, high and peak seasons. Daily cleaning and maintenance, essential in this climate, is carried out by us to ensure that the pool stays sparkling. 
• A cot is available. Please tick the space on the booking form if you require this service. There is no charge. Please bring your own bedding for the cot, (standard size).
• A washing machine is freely available 24/7 - no extra charge.
• Wi Fi internet connection is available upon request and is charged at 5E per week.* Please tick the space on the booking form if you require this service. The signal reception at the East and West gite may vary with different computers - you may have to work outside the building in a shady spot! Other gites have WI FI available inside.
• The cost of electricity, water and gas is included in the price.
• There is a standard end of stay cleaning charge of 15E* which includes all laundry. A full cleaning service is available upon request, for a total charge of only 35E*. You are on holiday after all! Please let us know before hand by ticking the space on the booking form if you require this service. 
• We are happy to offer as much time-saving local advice as we are able to give.
• Due to an increasing number of our guests arriving late on eg. late flights, we offer, for your convenience, a  "starter pack" of food...coffee, tea, milk, sugar, orange juice, cereal, eggs, bread, butter, jam  - enough for a cuppa when you arrive and breakfast -  for 20E*. Please let us know beforehand by ticking the space on the booking form if you require this service.
• We are happy to recommend the "Chez Nous" discount ferry service to our clients for which you need our ref .... P 2631.
• * Please pay these charges in Euros at the end of your stay. 

     During the Low and Mid and sometimes High Seasons FULLY FLEXIBLE  BOOKINGS are available available, buts it's Saturday to Saturday in Peak Season, ( please note we have a minimum one week charge). This will allow you take advantage of low costs flights as well as arrange your holiday dates to your requirements.  On your day of arrival please arrive after 3p.m. and on your last day please leave by 10.30 a.m. This allows us time to service the gites. 

    The £125  payment to secure the booking is non refundable should you cancel.  Should you cancel within eight weeks of the booked date then the total charge will be forfeit. 
    It is necessary to sign, complete and send us the booking form . 
    Should you wish to have guests over night, up to a maximum of three nights, there is a 30Euro per night per person supplimentary charge over a total of five persons, including children, payable on the day.
    Any additional costs or damages  may be met from your security deposit of £100. The balance, in the form a UK bank cheque, will be posted to you within 2 weeks of your departure. 
    There is a standard 15E* cleaning charge. This is to cover the laundry service, (sheets, etc.) and reasonable additional cleaning of your gite, (windows, etc). Part of the rental terms is to leave the gite as clean as you found it, especially kitchen, bathroom and WC. If for any reason you are unable to clean your accommodation before your departure we offer a FULL cleaning service for only 35E.* 

     * Please pay these charges in Euros at the end of your stay.

     Bookings are accepted for a 7day period minimum charge.
     Sorry but due to there being domestic farm animals near the site, no pets are allowed. 

     Use of the pool and other facilities are at your own risk. You are advised to take out insurance to cover eventuality of cancellation or accident,etc.. 

    The prices given here are per week and includes the costs of water, gas, and electricity. Where a  holiday spans a seasonal break point, each week will be charged according to the appropriate seasonal tariff. The minimum letting period is one week. If your booking is for eg. 10 days the additional days will be charged at a daily rate of one fifth of the weekly charge. Please note that the East, West and Farmhouse cottages are the same tariff and that the Bergerie and Old Stable cottages have their own tariff, as shown.

    Without any further reminder from us you should secure your reservation by sending the balance of payment including the £100 breakages deposit (returnable by UK cheque posted to your address within 14 days of your departure), at least eight weeks prior to your arrival. Should you not have a UK bank account, eg. you're from Australia,U.S.A., we will make other arrangements with you..
     We accept payment of the initial deposit by direct UK bank transfer or cheque either of which which will be receipted by post once we have received your completed booking form.
     If you wish to pay the balance by direct bank transfer to our UK bank, then please indicate this on the booking form. Upon receipt of the final balance we will receipt your payment by email. Please note that international transfers or international cheques may be subject to charges which we will pass on to you.
